Riding to bail his cousin out of jail in a small town, Terry's life is shaken up when the local police run him off the road and take his money. With the entire town against him and only one civil servant willing to help him and his training, Terry does everything he can to balance the scales of justice and rid the town of corruption.
This Netflix-exclusive action flick combines social injustice with asset forfeiture, creating an entertaining movie. The story may seem similar to other corrupt cop story arcs, except this one has a few twists that keep it interesting. The action is well choreographed and not the typical shot-them-all-dead style. The runtime could have been shortened from two hours to eleven minutes. Still, between the story and action, it is engaging. It is definitely worth adding to your watch list.
